Oof yes, since January I've put myself on social media limits, but I think I need to reevaluate and make them a bit stricter. I do miss looking through my saved posts on Instagram without feeling like it's a race against time (I like to save recipes), but ultimately it's too much of a time suck!
I am also rethinking my social media presence. I deactivated my Facebook a couple weeks ago, which has been really good for my mental health. These algorithms are designed to keep us sucked in, and it's gross.

Oh, absolutely. They are shaping our realities. It's terrifying! Getting off SM for a while, or cutting way back, is essential.
